Moist Mocha Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate cake mix (I use Devil’s Food Duncan Hines)

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla

  • 3/4 cup warm water

  • 1/4 cup instant coffee, dissolved in warm water

    Frosting:

  • 1/3 cup milk

  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee, dissolved in milk

  • 3 cups powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup cocoa

  • 3 oz. softened cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla

Directions

  • Beat everything together and pour into greased 13”x 9” pan

  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and frost.
