Moist Mocha Cake
Ingredients
1 chocolate cake mix (I use Devil’s Food Duncan Hines)
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 eggs
1 tablespoon pure vanilla
3/4 cup warm water
1/4 cup instant coffee, dissolved in warm water
Frosting:
1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon instant coffee, dissolved in milk
3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
3 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon pure vanilla
Directions
Beat everything together and pour into greased 13”x 9” pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and frost.
